Your First Session

This 90-minute initial session is the foundation for ongoing tailored care and includes:

• 30-minute Consultation
  We’ll review your health history, discuss your goals, and cover any questions you may have about the bodywork techniques I use. An herbal introduction is included in this consultation, and you’ll receive a complimentary 2-oz immune-supportive tincture to take home. Womb care is available as an optional part of this conversation if that’s something you’d like to discuss.
  

• 60-minute Integrative Bodywork
  Integrative bodywork combines several hands-on and energetic therapies. Sessions are customized based on your health history, goals, and preferences. Warm towels and aromatherapy are included.

You will remain fully clothed during your bodywork session so please dress comfortably. This is offered within my Gilbert, AZ healing space.

After this initial visit, you can choose to continue care through individual sessions or a membership plan. As an option, some services can be offered virtually (within a HIPAA-compliant platform).
