A 30-minute focused session to support a specific concern ~ such as stress, sleep, or immune function. 

A personalized 4-oz tincture is included in the cost of this session. This is tailored to your specific health concern, medical history, overall constitution, and any medications, herbs, or supplements you’re currently taking.

*Customized tinctures are created on Fridays and available the following week for arranged pick-up within Zen Den of Gilbert or shipped for an additional fee. 

This session may be scheduled in person within my Gilbert, AZ office or virtually/by phone.

Refills of the same formula are $44.
